We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

• Unused and unopened
• Returned in their original packaging
• Complete with all accessories and components
• In the same condition in which they were received

Opened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be authorized before they are shipped. Please contact our customer service team with your name and order number to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Items purchased during a sale or promotional event
• Personalized, customized, or monogrammed products
• Gift cards
• Items specifically marked as “Final Sale”

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

The requirement that products remain unopened does not apply to defects discovered after opening the package.
